     Nearly three decades after the opening of the restaurant, the Breton chef likes to remember how far he has come since his entry into the kitchen, where the family culture used the products of the farm to cultivate this vocation.

Christian L’Haridon will go on a classic apprenticeship course to a kitchen chef and chef in establishments all over Europe: First at Mademoiselle Le Guilloux at the trout inn in Locmaria Berrien for his CAP and clerk, chef de partie at the Waterside Inn in Bray with the Roux brothers in England. Then a post of chef de partie at the Stefanskeller restaurant in Konstanz, Germany, with Mr Bartold SIBER.

In 1976, he returned to Brittany to the hotel du Goyen in Audierne with Mr BOSSER, obtaining a macaroon and the famous meal of President Giscard D ‘Estaing to quimper in 1977.

Finally at the castle of the room in Montpinchon in the sleeve with Madame Lemesle and obtaining the Michelin star in 1983 until 1988. We liked this restaurant a little disconcerting because the dishes are only offered orally. The reputation of Mr. L’Haridon being more to do, we can only trust him. Everything is perfect: originality, subtlety, presentation, colors, flavors … We have given the same confidence to the sommelier with the same very satisfactory result. Also note a waitress very smiling. Beautiful setting in a room overlooking the garden. A very good time to celebrate a birthday.
